Work-related stress is increasing and is becoming a significant issue in the modern work environment.

Around 14 million working days are lost each year because of ill health caused by stress, depression or anxiety and this is costing employers a staggering £7.9 billion per year.

Providing wellbeing at work is an effective way to help employees identify the signs of stress, anxiety and depression and learn helpful ways to manage it.

Stress and Anxiety Awareness Presentation

An informative 45 minute talk explaining the neuroscience behind stress, anxiety, overwhelm and burnout in a relatable and engaging way. Practical mindset strategies and tools are recommended which your employees can implement immediately into their lives to bring about improvement in their wellbeing and mental health.

Group Relaxation / Meditation Session

An enjoyable and relaxing 30 minutes designed to reduce stress and anxiety and calm the mind. Participants can simply come and relax as I guide them through a beautiful visualisation which will create a calm and peaceful state within body and mind. Participants do not need to talk to anyone or do anything, except focus on the sound of my voice. Mats and blankets will be provided as will atmospheric music and aromatherapy scent which will enhance the overall experience.

Group Relaxation / Meditation Programme

A course of 6 group relaxation sessions (see above) designed to help your employees reduce stress and anxiety. This programme is an ideal way to support your employees wellbeing at work and teaches them how to relax their bodies and calm their minds with weekly group relaxation classes.

6 Week Stress and Anxiety Management Programme

  • Perhaps you have noticed a member of staff feeling overwhelmed, or unmotivated or struggling to cope?

  • Maybe they have been working longer hours or making mistakes in aspects of work they would usually excel?

  • You may have noticed a lack of concentration or their inability to make simple decisions?

  • Maybe their relationships with colleagues have deteriorated?

  • Perhaps you want to prevent any of the above from happening in the first place?

If so, this 6 week programme of 1 hour sessions could be what you are looking for.

I have designed this programme using the modern approach of solution focused hypnotherapy combined with neuroscience to increase your employee’s knowledge and awareness of why we experience stress and anxiety and ways to reduce this. Solution focused hypnotherapy is very effective in developing a more relaxed state of mind. It can help clients change their perspective enabling them to find better ways to cope and in doing so, move forward with increased confidence, resilience and optimism.

This programme is designed for weekly 1:1 sessions over a 6 week period.

So overall, this is a very effective way of reducing stress and anxiety and improving your employees overall wellbeing thus resulting in a healthy, happy and productive workforce.
