I have designed this programme using the modern approach of solution focused hypnotherapy combined with neuroscience to increase your employee’s knowledge and awareness of why we experience stress and anxiety and ways to reduce this. Solution focused hypnotherapy is very effective in developing a more relaxed state of mind. It can help clients change their perspective enabling them to find better ways to cope and in doing so, move forward with increased confidence, resilience and optimism.
This programme is designed for weekly 1:1 sessions over a 6 week period.
